The Ethical Channel is established so that the different interest groups (employees, clients, suppliers and representatives of the society in general) with which the Redsys Group maintains professional relationships may raise questions related to compliance with the Code of Ethics or file complaints about possible misconduct that may be taking place within the company and that may involve a breach of the Code of Ethics and / or the possible commission of a criminal offense, including the violation of any of the internationally recognized human rights, all in a confidential manner.
CAN I RESORT TO THE ETHICAL CHANNEL TO COMMUNICATE INCIDENCES RELATED TO OPERATIONS WITH BANK CARDS OR OTHER PAYMENT METHODS?
The Ethical Channel is not an incidence support service. Do not use this site to report problems related to operations with a bank card or other payment methods processed by Redsys.
