• SmartphonePOS: We take innovation a step further by allowing payments to be made directly from a smartphone or tablet, without the need for an external device.
• mPOS: We turn any mobile device into a secure and versatile payment terminal, ideal for businesses that need mobility in their sales, accompanied by an external card reader.
• Transys: We provide a specific solution for transport payment processing, allowing users to easily pay with their EMV financial cards using contactless/NFC technology.
• Vending: We also offer the solution and payment service for vending machines and unattended terminals (TNAs), ensuring that customers can make transactions quickly and conveniently without the need for cash.

At Redsys, we provide acquirers with a complete POS management system, including the purchase of the terminal, the installation in the business and the maintenance of the device. We also have an advanced contact centre support service, telephone support, email and instant channels for the retailer's attention

Automatic Teller Machines (ATM): We offer a complete ATM management service, which includes the management SW and all the necessary connections and telecommunications. We also provide a maintenance and support service for the ATM network, with the most advanced monitoring and telephone service on the market, using the latest technologies. These solutions allow us to obtain results of availability of the ATM fleet above the sector average

We guarantee that payment devices and solutions meet the highest standards of security and efficiency, ensuring their correct functioning in the financial ecosystem. With more than 15 years of proven experience, Redsys' laboratory is an independent body, recognised by the main international brands (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and UPI), which have delegated the implementation and validation of the various acquiring solutions.

The aim is to effectively and efficiently secure retailers, integrators and hardware manufacturers:

The catalogue of products and services that can be certified by the Redsys laboratory are:

• POS desktop terminals, including new generation ones, as well as mobility oriented solutions (mPOS, SmartphonePOS).
• Unattended Integrated Solutions (TNA).
• Web integrated solutions (PC POS Implemented).
• Solutions for large establishments through PUC/PRICE connections.

Likewise, and in collaboration with other areas of Redsys, validations are carried out on the profiles of cards issued by our member Financial Entities.

• DCC (Dynamic Currency Conversion): We provide a dynamic currency conversion service that allows merchants (physical and e-commerce) and acquirers to process payments in the customer's home currency, simplifying automatic conversion and business generation.
• Tax Free: We simplify the management of VAT refunds for businesses and their international customers, ensuring that the necessary tax documentation is available to comply with current regulations.
• Paygold (Pay by Link): We make it easy for merchants to send a payment link directly to their customers via SMS, email, social media or messaging apps, to facilitate more sales and conversion channels.
• Digital Ticket: We have a system for issuing digital purchase tickets to eliminate the use of paper.
• Financing: We provide financing options at the time of purchase, both on-site and e-commerce, to be able to defer payment in different instalments with or without interest.

We manage the connection between payment acceptance points and the authorising systems of Financial Entities and International Brands.

We reconcile, clear and settle the amounts of transactions processed daily, ensuring regulatory compliance and adapting to the operational needs of each financial entity.

We protect sensitive client data by converting it into unique identifiers or tokens, which enhances security and prevents exposure of sensitive information in payments.

We have a 24x7 fraud prevention system that detects and prevents fraudulent transactions. We use advanced technology and a specialised team for analysis, alert management and the establishment of protection rules.

We offer an Advanced Customer Service Centre (CAV) 24 hours a day, assisting Financial Entities as well as merchants and cardholders, with efficient and high quality solutions. In addition, we have a client service for payment providers, through which we provide support functions for the operation necessary for business development (configuration, operational management and regulations).

We handle both domestic and international chargebacks, ensuring effective resolutions thanks to our expert knowledge of means of payment regulations.

We provide advanced tools for data analysis and exploitation, offering from market statistics to customised reports.

In addition to managing the technological infrastructure of Bizum, we are transaction processors for Financial Entities, allowing their users to make immediate payments between bank accounts (Bizum), either between individuals (C2C) or in e-commerce purchases (C2eR). Bizum is characterised by its speed, security and ease, allowing real-time transactions between different banks.

We assist Financial Entities to comply with PSD2 regulations through a platform that facilitates secure connection with third party service providers (TPPs), guaranteeing controlled access to client payment accounts.

• HUB OpenFinance

  Redsys' HUB OpenFinance service is a response to the PSD2 regulation, which obliges Financial Entities to give third parties access to the payment accounts of their clients from more than 80 Financial Entities.

  Redsys' HUB simplifies the connection between all the agents involved, offering a single secure connection between the Financial Entity and certified TPPs. Our service has a specific API (Application Programming Interfaces) for payments that allows different payment methods depending on the client's needs. For the construction of these interfaces, the international standard of the Berlin Group NextGenPSD2 XS2A Interoperability Framework - Implementation Guidelines v1.3.0 has been followed.

  All this information is available in the Sandbox environment space corresponding to each Financial Entity.

• Sandbox Environment - Financial Entities

  • Redsys has a centralised Sandbox environment where all the necessary integration tests can be carried out with the different Financial Entities to connect to Redsys.

    In this environment, they are available:

    • Registration on the Sandbox platform
    • The space of each Financial Entity where the services they support are indicated.
    • Documentation in Spanish and English of each Financial Entity.
    • Test data set
    • Connection data
    • Detailed guidelines for integration
    • Support process for TPPs (Third Party Providers) both in Sandbox and in Production
    • "Release note" where all changes to the APIs are published.

• Main Authorisation Centre: We manage the authorisation of payments on behalf of the Issuer, guaranteeing security and availability levels for each transaction.
• Back-up Authorisation Centre: We provide a back-up service so that, in the event that the Issuer's authorisation centre is unavailable, Redsys temporarily assumes the authorisation of transactions, ensuring continuity of service.

We comply with PSD2 regulations by offering a platform that integrates Strong Client Authentication (SCA), based on the EMV 3-D Secure (3DS) standard, reducing fraud and ensuring secure transactions.

• In-person
  • Advantis EMV chip: We develop and supply the SW technology (applications) that is integrated in the chips of bank cards.
  • Card issuance: We provide a comprehensive card issuance service, which includes the approval of the product with the International Brands (Visa, MasterCard, ...), the provision of the physical card and its personalisation and delivery to the cardholder.
• Digital (mobile payment)
  • Wallet Service (HCE): A customisable mobile application that allows the card issuer to offer its customers the option to make NFC payments, manage cards and bank accounts digitally. It can be integrated into the Financial Entity's online banking or developed as a stand-alone application.
  • xPay service: We facilitate integration with mobile payment platforms such as ApplePay and Google Pay, allowing customers of issuing Financial Entities to make NFC payments through these xPays.
  • Instant issuance: We allow customers to use their card from the moment they sign up, giving them the option of incorporating it directly into their mobile phone to make payments immediately.

• Advanced Operational Controls: We offer tools for users to manage the use of their cards securely, allowing them to activate or deactivate the card, define permitted regions and manage Contactless functionality on mobile devices, achieving a higher degree of security in their operations.
• Financing: We provide deferred payment options at the time of purchase, either through the card at the point of sale or through the "Buy Now Pay Later" (BNPL) model.
• PIN change via APP: We allow cardholders to change their card PIN directly from their Financial Entity's application or online banking, without having to go to an ATM.
• InfoCard: We provide a web and mobile platform for corporate card management that allows companies to manage their expenses, offering cardholders a tool to easily monitor their movements.
