With more than 40 years of experience in the sector, we are a key player among all participants in the means of payment industry, providing value at every stage of the electronic payment transaction management and offering a comprehensive service.

As a market leader, we have processed more than 19.7 billion transactions by 2024, connecting banks, cardholders, merchants and third parties through our advanced technology. We guarantee interoperability with international card brands, as well as reliability and constant innovation in every transaction.

Every year, more than 505 billion euros pass through our network. Redsys' infrastructure makes possible the continuous and secure connection of more than 1.5 million active connected merchants ready to receive card payments from the main international brands (Visa, Mastercard, UPI...) from anywhere in the world. We are also the infrastructure through which more than 1.6 billion account transactions are managed, carried out by more than 28 million users in Spain

This has led various international organisations and players to recognise our country's means of payment as one of the most efficient and competitive systems in the industry at a global level.

Redsys

We develop payment and processing services, offering customised solutions for the different players in the payment ecosystem. We adapt to the specific needs of Financial Entities, merchants, payment service providers and international payment brands (Visa, Mastercard, UPI...).

We provide merchants with advanced tools that streamline transactions and enhance the shopping experience. In addition, we support brands, schemes and other key players in the payments industry, covering a broad spectrum of needs.

Redsys GSR

We specialise in optimising critical processes and improving operational efficiency for Redsys Group clients. We have transformed POS management by integrating all phases of the value chain under the Redsys Group's expertise.

We have a state-of-the-art laboratory, capable of repairing, conditioning and preparing more than one million POS terminals a year, and an advanced logistics centre that guarantees fast and secure distribution, with traceability in each shipment. Likewise, our Advanced Contact Center for merchant has a high quality index of recommendation by merchants.

Redsys Latin America

Redsys subsidiary specialised in offering advanced technological solutions for electronic payment management in Latin America. Adapting to the specific needs of this market, it provides processing services for issuers and acquirers, as well as installation and maintenance of physical and virtual point-of-sale terminals.

At Redsys Salud we drive the digital transformation of the healthcare sector with advanced technologies, improving the quality and efficiency of healthcare services.

Supplier Relationship with Purchasing Data: Average Payment 2024

The average payment period to suppliers of Redsys, Servicios de Procesamiento S.L. during 2024 was 42 days, less than the maximum of 60 days established in the regulations on overdue payment in Law 15/2010, of 5 July.

The monetary volume of invoices paid, in a period below the maximum established by the overdue payment regulations, is a total of 3,700 invoices amounting to 83.7 billion euros, representing 79% of the total invoices paid and 68.06% of the total amount of payments to suppliers.
