That’s why we’ve created an internal Academy with over 2,000 training courses (both in-person and online), encouraging shared learning and collective improvement. We’ve also designed an innovative Career Pathways project known as Itinerarios Profesionales (Planes de Carrera) that guides individuals in their professional growth and helps us manage and identify talent in a more consistent and objective way.
